Earth bucket manufactured from Hardox and steel plates

Our earth buckets are built for heavy duty.

Every bucket is tailor-made to our customer’s specifications. The buckets are manufactured using 6-8 mm steel plates (St52). We weld on a particularly hard-wearing Hardox450 strip for the cutting and trailing edges. The special way in which the hydraulic cylinder of our buckets bends keeps these very compact and produces a 98° dumping angle.

The brace on the lower link prevents the lifting pipe from bending.
